Stephen Heft, Ahmad Choudry, and Scott Law join Kids II team.
ATLANTA, April 17, 2019—In support of its growth initiative and expansion in Asia, Kids II recently added three executives to its roster.
Stephen Heft joins Kids II as executive vice president of global operations reporting directly to the president. This position is responsible for leading global inventory planning, distribution, and global vendor manufacturing. He will oversee the company’s global advancement (already in process) working in conjunction with product development and manufacturing executives both in the US and Asia to exceed company metrics.
Heft will develop and create strategies and policies in supply chain, inventory, and distribution management to streamline process, generate higher ROI, and increase efficiency. Heft has an extensive career in operations and supply chain management including executive roles at METRIE, NEXEO Solutions, and Newell Rubbermaid. He received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Auburn University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
With extensive experience in global supply chain strategy and management, Kids II has brought on Ahmad Choudhry as its new senior vice president, global supply chain. Choundhry will manage all of Kids II supply chain operations across its brands, 14 global offices, and manufacturing facilities to ensure full utilization of all available resources to manufacture and bring to market Baby Einstein, Bright Starts and Ingenuity baby and toddler toys and gear.
Prior to joining Kids II, Choudhry served in several operations and supply chain roles at AGCO, Ernst & Young, Novelis, Nissan, and John Deere. Choudhry received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and his Master of Industrial Management at the University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan and a Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Industrial Technology at the University of Northern Iowa.
Scott Law joins Kids II as vice president people Asia supporting the organization’s growth in the Asia market including managing the people aspects of the company’s offices and its manufacturing facility in China. Law, a native to China, will play a key role in championing, formulating, and implementing the company’s people and organization development strategies, policies, and programs to align with global strategic goals.
Scott has 25 years of human resources experience with companies throughout China. He previously worked with CSR Limited China, Rockwool, and Colson Group and brings a strong background in manufacturing. Scott has a Bachelor of Science from South Centre Laws University and his Master of Business Administration from Hunan University.
