Kids II™ and Hape® announced a Joint Venture after the success of its award-winning co-branded Baby Einstein™ and Hape® toy line that is disrupting the musical toy space with its harmony of traditional and modern materials with thoughtfully-integrated technology. The Joint Venture announced it is releasing additional Baby Einstein – Hape cobranded products for Fall 2019
Kids II received a favorable jury verdict after a long legal battle over the intellectual property rights involving Oball™ products. “This is a significant win for Kids II and demonstrates the integrity of our business practices. We are pleased with the outcome.,” said Dave Calhoun, Kids II president.
Baby Einstein and its parent company Kids II are sponsoring the Baby Einstein Curiosity Zone at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta April 25-28 and will be hosting families from Our House, a local nonprofit serving families affected by homelessness, for a special Baby Einstein Day at the Museum on April 27.
