Steve Capitani is the Executive Vice President for Kids2, Inc., a global consumer goods company headquartered in Atlanta that designs solutions to help early-stage families and includes the leading infant, baby, and toddler brands Baby Einstein™, Bright Starts™, and Ingenuity™.

Capitani is responsible for all aspects of  Kids2’s sales results including strategy, planning, and execution.

Capitani has a long history of serving customer needs and building organizational capability to help drive growth. He started his career with multiple roles at American Greetings. Next, he moved into sales planning in the Chocolate division at Mars, Inc. and eventually shifted into their Petcare division. Steve spent most of his career there holding senior leadership roles in national account management, category leadership, and strategy development, both globally and domestically. Throughout his career, Capitani has consistently demonstrated a strong track record for finding opportunities and solutions for customers that are data-driven, consumer-led, and mutually beneficial.

Capitani graduated from Rutgers University.
