Stephen Heft is the executive vice president of global operations for Kids2, Inc., a global consumer goods company headquartered in Atlanta that designs solutions for early-stage families and includes the leading infant, baby, and toddler brands Baby Einstein™, Bright Starts™, and Ingenuity™.
Reporting directly to the president, this position is responsible for leading global inventory planning, distribution, and vendor manufacturing. In this role Heft develops and creates strategies and policies in supply chain, inventory, and distribution management to streamline process, generate higher ROI, and increase efficiency. He also oversees the company’s ongoing global advancement working in conjunction with product development and manufacturing executives both in the US and Asia to exceed company metrics.
Heft has an extensive career in operations and supply chain management including executive roles at METRIE, NEXEO Solutions, and Newell Rubbermaid.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Auburn University, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a subject matter expert in global supply chain and materials management.
