Kristin HeadshotKristin Crossman officially joins Kids2 as the Chief People Officer based out of its Atlanta headquarters after supporting the organization as interim HR leader since July 2019. In this role, Crossman is responsible for driving the cultivation of corporate culture across the global organization and leading team member strategy as the company scales globally.

“Kristin has proven to be an open and approachable leader who enjoys helping team members be the best version of themselves,” says Dave Calhoun, Kids2 president.

“We found her HR expertise, candor, authenticity, and particularly, her focus on the team member experience to be a perfect fit for our needs. Luckily, she also found Kids2 to be a place she would like to stay versus just visit!”

With over 20 years in human resources, Crossman has deep global organizational leadership experience in all aspects of human resources, from talent management and leadership development to compensation and benefits. Her career has been focused on working with companies that have aggressive change agendas. Crossman most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Fiserv, a global organization with approximately 44,000 associates worldwide. Prior to Fiserv, she worked as Vice President of HR for YP, a private equity-owned digital marketing company.

While working with Kids2 on the interim basis, Crossman jumped right into the company’s culture initiatives and community activities by participating in the organization’s annual Spin for Kids cycling team, benefitting the Camp Twin Lakes organization based in Georgia.

Her dedication to the company and team was also crucial when the COVID-19 outbreak impacted Kids2 global offices. Her considerations for team safety and wellness ensured proper preparation for employees with the needed equipment, communication, and processes in place so all teams were able to work remotely.

Crossman studied Psychology at Texas Christian University and received her Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.

Crossman has been living in the Atlanta area for over twenty years and is active in her own neighborhood’s fitness programs as a certified kettlebell instructor, cross fitter, and trail runner with her husband, children, and their three rescue dogs.
