Kids II, Inc., a global consumer goods company that designs, manufactures, and distributes baby toys and gear, celebrates 50 years announcing a name change to Kids2 and a new manufacturing facility under construction in China.
Kids II received a favorable jury verdict after a long legal battle over the intellectual property rights involving Oball™ products. “This is a significant win for Kids II and demonstrates the integrity of our business practices. We are pleased with the outcome.,” said Dave Calhoun, Kids II president.
Baby Einstein and its parent company Kids II are sponsoring the Baby Einstein Curiosity Zone at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta April 25-28 and will be hosting families from Our House, a local nonprofit serving families affected by homelessness, for a special Baby Einstein Day at the Museum on April 27.
Kids II welcomes Adam Cahan to its business advisory board. Based in San Francisco, Cahan currently serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence splitting his time between Lightspeed Ventures, and Lux Capital where he is advising and developing opportunities in early stage technology companies. He joins the Kids II board to provide guidance as the company strengthens and grows its technology roadmap.
As part of the global infant and toddler toy and gear company’s transition from a traditional selling organization to one focused on integrated customer partnerships, Kids II, Inc.® recently expanded its global sales team and created a new role of SVP Customer & Strategic Partnerships.
