To support growth in Asia, Kids2 adds David She as Vice President of Asia Pacific (APAC) Sales overseeing sales and customer development in China, Japan, and Australia. He will work out of Kids2’s new Shanghai office, expected to open in early 2020 and lead the company’s entry into the China market.
“David brings a depth of experience to this pivotal role at Kids2. He will be instrumental in bringing our solution-driven baby and toddler products to parents in China and throughout Asia,” said Dave Calhoun, Kids2 president.
With more than 20 years of experience in both multinational and entrepreneurial organizations, Mr. She was most recently VP of the China consumer brands unit of Pacific Market International, a privately-held Seattle based company.
He also has experience working with Ameda, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever and earned his MBA from University of Rochester’s William E. Simon School of Business and his Bachelor of Engineering Management from Shanghai Jio Tong University.
Kids2 recently announced an increased investment in China. The company is building a new 250,000 square-foot manufacturing facility and four-story, 65,000 square-foot office building near the Jiujiang Port in Central China. By 2021, the project will triple the overall Kids2 workforce with the addition of 1,000 employees who will fill management, operations and factory roles at the new location.
