Karen Neblett is the Senior Vice President, Customer and Strategic Partnerships for Kids2, Inc., a global consumer goods company headquartered in Atlanta that designs solutions to help early-stage families and includes the leading infant, baby, and toddler brands Baby Einstein™, Bright Starts™, and Ingenuity™.
Neblett is charged with developing long-term strategic relationships with Kids2’s global accounts and ecosystem partners. In that capacity, she ensures the partners’ points of view, insights, story, and voice are immersed inside Kids II so its designers can create new solutions for babies, toddlers, and parents that are authentic extensions of the brand. Neblett also drives the strategy, development, and execution of our Kids2 experiences, events, and key trade shows.
Neblett has served over 19 years at Kids2 in a variety of sales and marketing roles, most recently as Executive Vice President of Global Sales where she was responsible for sales strategy, sales planning and operations, sales execution, and sales results. Previously, Karen served as Chief Marketing Officer of Kids2 overseeing brand management, product positioning, research and segmentation, sales analysis, corporate communications, digital, retail and international marketing, and creative for the entire organization. Neblett also served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing, responsible for delivering fresh ideas and innovation to market Kids2’s unique brands.

Most helpful baby/child solution or invention experienced: My daughter had colic. I tried everything to soothe her. Finally, bought a device that connected to the playard and crib that simulated a driving car! It was MAGIC!
